I have a couple of friends that are constantly raving about Lululemon, buying new bags, UV protected shirts, knee pants, you name it, they buy it. They LOVE the store.
Recently, my friend purchased a pair of running gloves. I now understood where she was coming from. These were great gloves, from the key pocket to the built-in "tissue".
Last night I was in a hurry (and cold) and went in to make my 1st purchase. The sales person suggested I try them on, but I have long fingers, and thought there would be no problem w/ a M/L. She was right, I should have tried them on. They were the wrong fit. I called to explain that I should have listened to her advice, and would it be possible to exchange them? I was told no, that they would have to damage them out, but I could get a 15% discount on the exact pair in my size. I find it interesting that a $30 pair of gloves is worth losing a relationship w/ a new customer, especially in this economy. Sadly, this was my 1st, and last purchase.

I agree. I have a pair of Lululemon running shorts that has a pocket (with a zipper) where I place keys, credit cars, etc. Love it!
