This bra provides great coverage which is exactly what I need with my C cup, especially for aerobics classes. I am a 36C and I wear a size 10 in this bra. It also provides great support for more vigorous yoga classes, such as power yoga or ashtanga.

   This is a very comfy bra.I have 2, one black and one white. However, my friends have told me a have ‘uni-boob’ going on…bigtime, lol! The ‘Ta Ta Tamer’ avoids this problem. Now thats all I will wear.
