I needed a rain proof gym back and this is one is perfect. It has two compartments so you can keep your dry and moist sweaty clothes separate. My bag usually just keeps my shoes and water bottle separate. It has lots of inside pockets, as well as three exterior pockets. It came with a shoulder strap which I have yet to use. I always carry the bag on my shoulder but have had no need for the strap.

I have a similar bag to that!
IT is nice that it has a shoe compartment at the bottom with a zipper and convienent pockets inside and a spececial pocket to put a cell phone, another to fit a blackberry,and another to fit an ipod video.
The inside design is very cool as well, very unique.
